Concord support group has now been formed for more than a year and was initially set up by a group of members and volunteers within the centre, some of whom are heart patients themselves.
The group has sought to continually improve its standing within the local community, supports the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme and interacts with other local heart support and voluntary groups in the area.
